Q: Do your styles run true to size?
A: Generally yes! Unless otherwise stated in the description, all our styles run true to size.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We allow returns of clean, unworn, undamaged shoes within 14 days from the date of delivery. All refund will be credited to the original form of payment. For more detailed information, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page, or email us at hello@mydeliciousshoes.com

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Once your order is confirmed, please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. Your item will ship from Los Angeles, so please allow 5-8 business days for shipping, depending on the carrier and your location.

Q: Can I pick up my order from somewhere?
A: Yes! If you are local to the LA/OC area, you can pick up from our warehouse location; pickup is only available Monday through Friday, 10 am - 4 pm, no holidays or weekend hours.  The address is 21923 Ferrero Parkway, Suite #101, Walnut, CA 91789. Please select the Pickup option when you checkout.

Q: Do you have any store locations?
A: Not currently, but look for us at popup locations in the future! For updates, please follow us on Instagram: @delicious.shoes

Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: Currently we only ship domestically. Keep an eye out in the future for international shipping!
